sorry to have to keep on reminding people, these are "official minutes" of
our meetings, and this page still contains
"--- TODO below here ---" which needs removing.

likewise the TODO at the very top.

this is really important for EVERYONE to actually do
during the meeting itself (not expect Andrey to do it, alone)
and to not end the meeting until the page is finalised and
everyone is happy and signs-off that it is an accurate record of

   a) who attended
   b) what was said by whom.

this is standard practice for any business meeting,
society, FOSS project - all of them do this, so can
i please ask you all to look up standard minute/note
practices, learn them, and apply them?
