ok we have acknowledgement of the *two* grant requests,
important factor being they are looking at an *eight*
week turnaround due to the workload (no of grant applications)

as we know the process extremely well now we need to fill
in *all* toplevel milestones and as many subtasks as
possible *including costing estimates* so that we are
watertight and absolutely clear when the "questions"
phase is due.

this "questions" phase is a filter.

if you do not respond within under 36 hours then you get
put to the BACK of the list and may get eliminated from
funding simply because they have a cutoff order for processing
applications.

therefore the process of setting up the toplevel milestones
and subtasks all with budgets proactively begins *now* not
in 4 weeks 6 weeks or 8 weeks.

reviewed for eligibility in two rounds following the criteria set out here:

There has been enormous demand for our programmes, and things take longer
than usual. We expect the first round to take about eight weeks, but given
natural variation in the amount of projects and their complexity it may
take longer or shorter. When the first round of review is done, we will
