ok then their sections should have been deleted during the
meeting. lots of discussion now taking place, taking up
considerable time, to correct a false impression!
only takes 30 seconds, where this now has been several
minutes at least three people involved!

do it at the time, get it done, keep the communication going,
save huge amount of time and hassle later.
