sadoon i belatedly am only just noticing what you are requesting,
can i suggest (and now ask) you to raise a bugreport and
put it as "blocking" the appropriate task? discussion of
organising the meeting can be done there *and* it is possible
to "assign" the bug to someone to get them to pay attention
if they are unresponsive.

let's use the tools for their communications capability ok?
editing a wiki page it was by pure "chance encounter".
(e.g. shriya will 100% definitely not have seen it and
definitely have no idea even to look, let alone stand a
reasonable chance of finding it).

when created remember to retrospectively update the wiki page
adding the usual *double* crossreferencing that is a standard
part of this project's communications and self-management
procedures. i.e bug links to wiki, wiki links to bug.
