no not at all and i apologise for taking so long to acknowledge.

the very fact that you acknowledged indicates that you take
these things seriously, which is *on its own* really appreciated.

it indicates empathy and respect.

that you explicitly offered to "adapt" as you put it indicates
a willingness to engage in constructive conscious feedback.

to give you some idea of what we face: only just a few days
ago was some pathological behaviour by an individual who
was unable to demonstrate even one of the (effectively model
or example / exemplary) responses that you gave, and shockingly
was confused and thought *i* was being "rude" after they
completely failed to acknowledge specifically-laid-out rules
of engagement for the conversation, set by me in my triple
authoritative capacity as List Administrator, Project Manager
and signatory to the NLnet Grants (for which I alone am
directly answerable).

the contrast is really quite graphically stark and i really
appreciate what is clearly an empathic and respectful attitude,
which i know comes in part from us knowing each other for so
long but also from training and years of experience as a
Board Member of the FSF.

so... thank you.

sorry i have to leave it at that for now,
technical stuff later when i can ok?

l.
