Konstantinos has been heading for the door since he issued the unacceptable ultimatum in the summer.

 

Be glad he is gone and now ignore him, he is not worth it and he is not that important.

 

Continuing will cause further upset which we can all ill afford.

Konstantinos: as an absolutely critical preamble, to emphasise and repeat what you previously ignored: if you continue to
be abusive it is life-threateningly dangerous to me.
therefore i require in order to not be placed at risk of DEATH

acknowledgement, an indication that you seek clarification by
strictly following the process laid out in CRNHQ
"Active Empathetic Listening", or an apology.

and further abuse beyond that which you have already engaged in
and subjected me to.

As the Libre-SOC Project Lead and Administrator of the Mailing
List that you have just used to engage in abuse I am legally
bound and required to protect the members including myself by
notifying you that you have repeatedly engaged in abuse and
harrassment.

I informed you this morning that if you did not listen that
it could potentially be LIFE-THREATENING and shockingly you
chose not to acknowledge this, instead proceeded to state a
confrontational case rather than follow the empathetic
listening that I advised and required, as List Administrator,
that you follow for the protection of all Members including
myself.

The lack of empathy that you have displayed (not listening)
is therefore classified as HARRASSMENT and is a further violation
of the Libre-SOC Charter beyond the existing violations that
you have engaged in, beginning with the attempted hijacking
of the Libre-SOC Project a few months ago and continuing today.

The hijacking attempt was your first violation, as major
decisions are required to be unanimous: you agreed to the
Libre-SOC Charter and therefore should have known this.

The second major incident was the threatening and confrontational
nature of the conversation with Mirko as witnessed by five RED
Semiconductor team members, and by those with webcams enabled.
I collapsed heavily on the floor after the abusive nature and
tone of the conversation made me lose my balance on getting up
out of my chair. It was so unsafe and so life-threateningly
dangerous that I could not return to continue to participate
in the conversation. 

You were placed into moderation today due to the fact that you
ignored my reasonable requests that you take extreme care
given that you were made fully aware several months ago
of the 15 years Domestic Verbal Abuse that my ex-partner
subjected me to and that I nearly died several times as a
result, having had to flee my home in under 20 minutes
a few months back.  Despite being legally obligated to point
these things out to protect all Libre-SOC members
(where I happen to be one of them) I was shocked that you
simply ignored what I wrote and proceeded to engage in
confrontational accusations instead of listening respectfully
to what the Project Administrator (myself) is warning you
that you need to do in order to avoid being abusive towards
members.

Fortunately for you I am despite being homeless this entire
time since fleeing my former home in a much stronger frame
of mind (even a month ago would have been a different matter),
but your abusive harrassment today still left me shaking
and trembling, as if it was an actual violent physical attack
that you had committed [1][2] and for that reason alone I was
justified in immediately placing you into moderation for my
own immediate safety.

Going forward is entirely up to you, however there are several
incidents that need to be acknowledged and fully resolved
should you wish to engage again with the Libre-SOC team or
to benefit from this Project.

To be absolutely clear: please do not engage with Libre-SOC
resources or team members, privately or publicly, until you
have resolved these outstanding issues. 

If anyone in the team receives communication from Konstantinos
without these outstanding issues having been resolved and
publicly noted as resolved, please IMMEDIATELY without fail
(within seconds of the incident) notify everyone, using the
public Mailing List or public IRC Channel, so that there is a
timestamped logged record of the incident, for EU Audit purposes.
