[Libre-soc-dev] Fwd: [devroom-managers] Length of the devroom slots

Official FOSDEM timeslots below.

This means the "Libre-SOC, FPGA and VLSI" devroom will run from 
10:30-14:30 on Saturday.

A tight schedule, but we can do it (will just have keep it short and sweet).

Timings are the same as usual:

Sat 10.30-14.30  15.00-19.00
Sun 09.00-12.45  13.15-17.00

- an even split with 30 minutes changeover
