[Libre-soc-dev] parallel reduction

I recently returned from my vacation (two weeks), I'll continue my work
on libre-soc, with a maximum time of 10 hours per week maximum. Today
I'll try to understand the parallel reduction thing, I'll also read all
mails from the last two weeks.
