nice.  i managed to get icarus verilator to simulate the DRAM controller
with Libre-SOC, i checked the gtkwave traces and DDR3 read/write works.
however this is simulated, and simulated at 100 mhz.

next goal is to add an ASyncFIFO on the DDR3 side so to be able to
run the DRAM controller at 100 mhz and have the main core run at
50, or 25, or 75, or whatever-it-wants.
