well i had a fun day, i finally tracked down the source of the problem for the
past 5-6 weeks in ls2 (the new nmigen-based peripheral fabric) and it's
the fact that microwatt's d/i-cache is non-WB4-pipeline-compliant.  more

also been re-working the bitmanip page, sorting out the opcode space
