last night i managed to bash a wishbone downconverter into shape
so as to get it to feed instruction data as requested. whether it is
fully correct or not remains to be seen.

this was possible by using

ls2.py now attempts to read from the SYSCON memory address
(where SYStem CONfiguration information is stored) e.g. trying
to obtain the UART baud rate at 0xc0000020 and that doesn't
exist yet.

today's task is therefore to write a simple SYSCON wishbone
peripheral.
