Lauri, i've just pushed a first working SVP64 IEEE754 FP unit test (sv.fadds).

please keep an eye on things for me, because if you are running unit tests
from "cold start" one at a time (with a commandline) the startup overhead
from PowerDecoder2 initialisation may get irritating, although once running
the actual instruction execution should be reasonably quick (but not
winning any speed contests).

if it gets too much, what i will do is make it possible to give a subdirectory
of binaries-plus-expected-results, and the commandline will load PowerDecoder2
once and then run them all.
