    remove invalid setting of d_in.valid from self.mmureq

tobias: this was simply wrong, i removed it.

the variables are established by the
set_wr_data/set_rd_addr/set_wr_addr functions.

the lookup in dcache is done FIRST

the FSM then goes "if dcache fails look up in MMU"

i have said this already: please pay attention.
