a quick status update:

1) PowerDecoder2 is going to have to jump through a lot of hoops to
detect the bit-reversed LDST.

have to keep an eye on the gate latency there.

2) ST can't have RC added because it makes it *four* input operands!
fortunately it is LD which is the priority.

3) adding FMAC twin +/- pseudocode is done, CSV files done.

tomorrow i will continue with PowerDecoder2, it is almost ready to
test out decoding alternative instructions.
