what would cause that?  bear in mind, experiments9 nsxlib has not HFNS
enabled
but does have useClockTree=True

is it worth proceeding further or is it not useful? (i.e. does proceeding
with
nsxlib provide you - Jean-Paul - with valuable feedback)?
