So Jacob, Cesar, Alexandre and I spoke for about an hour and a half
and were able to resolve Alexandre's concerns that made up the
plurality of the discussion on bug #560. He said he plans on filing at
least 3(! :) ) bug reports as a result now that the call has
concluded. It will be important to have a record in the bugtracker, to
add a brief note clarifying the cause of this confusion to the spec
(to help the ISA WG and future implementers who will likely experience
the same pitfall), and Jacob suggested the great idea of creating an
FAQ page for SVP64 so that things about the spec can be expanded on
and clarified with a level of verbosity that would be inappropriate to
have in the spec proper.

We also discussed a new meeting time and the same 1800UTC time works
for all four of us for tomorrow Thursday 7 January 2021. Does this
work for you luke? If so, can you please resend the meeting
invitation, Jacob says he is more likely to forget otherwise.

Cole
