RED Semiconductor have already booked and paid for LibreSOC members Luke,
James, David, Andrey and Shriya to attend FOSDEM24 (train and hotel).  We have
also paid for accommodation for Cesar.

We will be paying for a share of the food and subsistence for the libreSOC team
while attending.  

We will there for two days pre-event meetings and group sessions and two days
attending the event.


The cost breaks down as follows

Train           £   475.00

Hotel           £ 2,002.97

Subsistence     £ 2,000.00  (estimate based on the 2023 outlay)

Total           £ 4,477.97
