unit tests for CR-ops are a little behind the specification

also there is an "offset" for where predicates start
which is different from where Rc=1 stores vectors of
CR fields, which needs properly nailing down in the spec
(and unit tests)
currently listed as SVP64CROffs.CRPred this has to be
made dynamic
