ah - the focus and the scope is solely and exclusively the
pseudocode.

there is no money payable for work on amything other than
the pseudocode, plus it is too risky to start adding to or
changing the scope in an unplanned manner when there is
so little time (cavatools and cryptoprimitives are on a
HARD deadline of March 1st 2024 - only 9 weeks)

therefore don't whatever you do increase the scope *in any way*,
but if you have ideas raise them as "Future" and we can discuss
the possibility of adding them to one of the two upcoming grants
when appropriate if appropriate ok?

really *really* don't increase the scope here, it is just too scary
to contemplate missing the committment made to NLnet because of
some unplanned addition to the scope, no matter how good it is.
