the UPS arrived and works (I didn't setup linux integration yet tho). I maxed
out my desktop (with minetest and running openpower-isa.git pytest on 32
threads) and the build server (running 8 for loops in parallel in bash) at the
same time, that comes to about 650W which is well within range. all the
computers on but not doing much is about 300W, though if I turn off my
desktop's monitors then it gets to about 180W (since I now have 3x 1080p 165Hz
monitors).

didn't arrive yet, and UPS (the shipping company) says they never got the
package yet...I'll wait a few more days and submit a claim to newegg.
