[Libre-soc-bugs] Missing instructions

I started just putting header comments in the markdown files (eg
fixedldstcache.mdwn), then dug a bit.

I have found that some instructions are not described, ie not in the markdown
files but are in the PowerISA Version 3.0 B Book 1 PDF, eg stbwux

I'll raise it as a bug when done ... it is taking longer than I thought.
