[libre-riscv-dev] div/mod algorithm written in python

running all fpdiv/test/test_fp*.py tests, 30k random cases and 1000
(assuming I modified the right argument) for test_fpdiv_pipe_16.py and
test_fpdiv_pipe_32.py

the bad import is in test_div64.py, which I am ignoring since it appears to
test the old serial divider.
