mostly just that you're thinking of it in terms of what contributors have to
do, but it's designed to be worded in terms of what downstream users have to
do.

we just have to state it in a non-confusing way.

we really should have the docs (and everything else we can) under the same set
of licenses since that allows us to copy stuff from/to the docs without license
issues
