ok, but i'm adding a note about the alternative naming scheme, that way the ISA
WG doesn't think we're a bunch of idiots that don't even bother to match
precedent.

something like:
* alternatives considered:
  using a naming scheme that more closely aligns with PowerISA's existing
naming scheme for fp/int instruction mnemonics instead of using immediates.
this was rejected because it would have dozens of instruction mnemonics instead
of 4.
