This is a large Grant that is specifically Audited by the EU. Even
more meticulous care and record-keeping is needed, which is already
considerable. Development of this Schedule A itself has been several
weeks work, additional work on the "budget sync" reporting system
may almost certainly be required, and educating of others in day-to-day
administrative tasks is also time-consuming.
