the pseudocode for cffpr is really too long and needs
moving to the appendix just like other instructions
that e.g. use DOUBLE() or SINGLE().  it should be
possible to pull in the file into the pdf by way
of including the underlay directory location of
openpower/isa (not openpower/isatables) and having
the pandoc-plugin-program spot that.

hm really we should be doing the same thing for *all*
pseudocode(!)
