ok that makes sense.

ok so yes agreed no point doing s/d just d because all the VSX instructions are
"packed" format, there are no VSX equivalent of
"s" fp32-in-a-64bit-reg instructions.  which is great.  i'll
kick them off the csv list for ls012.
