please listen.  i *made* the existing wiki pages become part of the
rfc.

that's precisely the split location.

    ls006 has all the rfc boilerplate
 SPLIT
    int_fp_mv has all of fmvis/fis

pandoc ls006.mdwn int_fp_mv.mdwn

look at the Makefile.

saves work.

avoids duplication mistakes.

i am converting ls008 and ls009 tomorrow as well
