<div>WITHOUT PREJUDICE this information is made public in the event of my death and under instruction of my will is to be passed to the Coroner for a full independent Pathology report to be made public and made available to the General Medical Council.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>hello,<div><br></div><div>1. this is the exact same cases therefore the exact same dangerously grossly medically negligent staff at UHS, Atherley House, Canon House, and Royal Hospital, all in Southampton.</div><div><br></div><div>2. my brother DANIEL HADLEY LEIGHTON of 28 Wilberforce Road Cambridge gave false reports to Grossly Medically Negligent psychiatrists, and threatened legal action against anyone attempting to prevent or prohibit anyone from having me poisoned.</div><div><br></div><div>3. the police have been notified and DUE TO THE EXACT SAME FALSE AND GROSSLY NEGLIGENT MEDICAL REPORTS are REFUSING TO ACT.</div><div><br></div><div>4. Hampshire County Council "safeguarding" team are also 100% aware of their criminal involvement and are WITHOLDING INFORMATION IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF SAR LAW.</div><div><br></div><div>5. the General Medical Council staff having caused heart attacks due to the effects of the untreated abcess bursting routinely causing Toxic Shock are not taking the matter seriously and have now REFUSED to respond based on FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THEM BY DANIEL HADLEY LEIGHTON</div><div><br></div><div>a second CBCT taken 24th oct 2026 here in India with associated report shows three areas of infection, one of which is a cavity, the other two are "mild" peridontitis, both left and right maxillary sinuses have large polyps, and the right gland just under Right Lower molar RL9 has calcification approx 9mm in diameter.</div><div><br></div><div>the specialist dental practitioner has requested that i see a highly renowned infection specialist who can take swabs and find out exactly what orthodontal / peridontal infection is present, and informed me that without treatment the</div><div><br></div><div>both Atherley House Surgery AND ST PETER's (male doctor, previously investigated by you after shocked administrative staff made a report to you about his complete lack of action when i was sobbing in pain due to the exact same chronic jaw infection) had BLOCKED access to triage and investigation after reading FALSE AND NEGLIGENT MEDICAL REPORTS OFF OF COMPUTER SCREENS INSTEAD OF TALKING TO ME, that i FAKE ALL MEDICAL SYMPTOMS IN ORDER TO GET LOVE AND ATTENTION.</div><div><br></div><div>(Dr Horlock of St Peter's has literally been the only GP that has actually listened to the words coming out of my mouth. all others have looked at the SCREEN IN FRONT OF THEM instead of looking at my face and into my eyes. with UHS A&E provably and demonstrably falsifying medical reports, the fact that nobody would listen to me is the reason why i have SIXTEEN Southern Health Doctors to report for Gross Medical Negligence)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>3T MRI Scans taken here in India show Acute Lacunar Infarcts, Chronic Periventricular damage, chronic centrum semiovale damage, chronic right parietal lobe damage, a hypoplastic right vertebral artery, signs of Atherosclerosis, main junction "bulbing" on MRA and a pseudo-embolism on the left major cerebral artery.</div><div><br></div><div>3T Cardiac MRI taken here in India shows MR TR Regurgitation, LVEF 45% and LVESI of 60. Feb 2026: Cardiologists recommended a heart transplant if it gets any worse.... and i had to fight with the same hospital administration to get access to12 lead EEG showing i had a heart attack 3 minutes into a Cardiac Stress test.</div><div><br></div><div>Blood tests taken in Oct 2025 show chronic infection, White Blood Cell damage, heart damage and mineral deficiencies. i have the reports available: the ones that particularly alarmed me was IL-6 levels of 38.8 (normal levels are well below 7, and above 7 is of significant concern) and a heart-related one of 20 (normal levels well below 11)</div><div><br></div><div>it was a comprehensive battery of tests, very expensive, over 100 performed.</div><div><br></div><div>by contrast, UHS A&Eperformed tests, refused to grant me access to the results, refused to tell me what was even tested, passed the results to Atherley House who also did not tell me what was tested, why it was tested, what the results were, then STOPPED CARRYING OUT ALL BLOOD TESTS AND ECG TESTING ENTIRELY around March-Feb 2024</div><div><br></div><div>this after 6 A&E visits during the Jan-Feb 2024 pneumonia outbreak where only after the 5th visit did they bother to do a chest x-ray, FOUND EVIDENCE of pneumonia, told me to come back for a checkup X-ray in 6 weeks that ATHERLEY HOUSE SURGERY NEGLIGENTLY FAILED TO SUBSEQUENTLY ARRANGE.</div><div><br></div><div>i have been denied access to the X-ray DICOM data by UHS A&E</div><div><br></div><div>i have also been denied access to the CT Brain scan DICOM data of Jan 2024, by U
