Donna, Sean,<div><br></div><div>without prejudice: at great expense having had to flee the United Kingdom due to gross medical negligence bordering on wilful assault I now have multiple 3T MRI scans, a 3T Cardiac MRI, a CBCT scan, a CT brain scan, 20-hour continuous 10/20 EEG, a 72-hour Holter 2-channel ECG and multiple blood and venous gas tests showing a horrific cascade of life-threatening injuries caused by wilful and grossly negligent maltreatment.</div><div><br></div><div>in three years i am now up to 30 incidents of being unable to speak, 600 MR and TR and fibrillation incidents, 2 major heart attacks and 3 serious</div><div>infections resulting in severe intestinal hemmoraging, one of which HILLMAN diagnosed and then wilfully ignored for its diagnostic and triage significance.</div><div><br></div><div>i explicitly requested 12 times in writing the MRI that would have confirmed cyanosis at birth causing chronic Periventricular white matter ischemia, Right parietal lobe and centrum semiovale damage as well as the right hypoplastic vertebral artery and the acute lacunar infarcts caused by the Domestic Abuse and Domestic Violence.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>Sean you were incredibly empathetic in our initial conversation and I was deeply shocked by the subsequent callous treatment by you, following your conversation with HILLMAN GREEN and LAM.</div><div><br></div><div>If you unreservedly help without limitation hesitation or reservation to get them suspended, struck off and arrested for gross medical negligence and assault I will not additionally hold you directly and personally liable for the consequences of them providing you with false and misleading information. please take this seriously as criminal action cannot be indemnified by civil insurance.</div><div><br></div><div>HILLMAN GREEN and LAM were directly and wilfully responsible for inflicting this damage by refusing to ask even basic questions about the Domestic Abuse, the financial exploitation and fraud, and its life-threatening consequences (calcium depletion, tooth and jaw abcesses, peridontitis, sepsis, atherosclerosis and subsequent strokes, cardiac arrest, internal cerebral and intestinal hemmoraging, MR and TR regurgitation and aggravation of a congenital septal wall heart defect and cyanosis at birth reducing blood-brain barrier effectiveness *none of which adversely affected my ability to drive even in a dire emergency*)</div><div><br></div><div>please ensure that the police, DVLA and the GMC are informed and take into account that the sheer overwhelming "evidence" as a direct consequence of their malpractice has led directly to the police refusing to accept reports from me.</div><div><br></div><div>please also ensure that no further evidence is destroyed or tampered with.</div><div><br></div><div>please get copies printed and stored offsite and do not inform LAM HILLMAN or GREEN where it is stored.</div><div><br></div><div>I have caught UHS staff tampering with and destroying evidence multiple times. due to the malpractice and false reports, Hampshire police are even refusing to accept that video and audio evidence exists that would show evidence of obstruction of justice by the same.</div><div><br></div><div>please do not inform UHS staff or LAM HILLMAN or LAW as they are highly likely to tamper with or destroy additional evidence.</div><div><br></div><div>I expect you to aid and assist me in full without restriction and without limitation to make it safe for me to return to the United Kingdom, and to have sufficient financial compensation for the horrific and life-long injuries inflicted by these three dangerously incompentent individuals, who should never have been issued with a license to practice medicine.</div><div><br></div><div>l.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
