to gross medical negligence and repeated shock by 15 UHS Southern Health
doctors.

and with Rachel going stone-cold silent, she is now wilfully and criminally

you activated safeguard procedures when i first contacted you around March
2024.

you could not have foreseen how wilfully incompetent and negligent POHWER
have been.

nor could i have foreseen that you would wilfully disregard my warnings
that UHS committed criminal offenses by making false reports.

you did NOT request the hard medical evidence showing that their criminal
activities are both false and also falsely taken to be truthful by
Hampshire police.

Hampshire police were derelict in their duty to wait until it was safe for
me to review and provide the video evidence.

I don't know if you've ever listened to someone screaming in terror for
help before when they are having a heart attack.

i have the S.A.R of your conversation with Hampshire police.

it put me into deep shock and caused a heart attack.
