you've literally done it again. you have not waited for, or asked for, the
evidence which is extensive and comprises thousands of videos, audio files,
and hand-written timestamped notes according to Legal Standards as
admissible evidence.

the evidence is available and some of it has already been sent to you.

the rest was supposed to have been sent through POHWER who have
catastrophically failed in their duty and obligations to protect me from
being further tortured and further placed at risk of death.

you have also not taken into account that being tortured has catastrophic
medical and psychological consequences.

you need to STOP sending me these types of dangerous messages.

bottom line *you are acting negligently*.
