[Libre-soc-dev] cardiac MRI today

at long last and with huge relief more than words
can possibly express I have encountered a
Cardiology Dept with staff that are sufficiently
experienced and empathetic to realize that the
extreme symptoms I have been experiencing
are indicative of very serious life-threatening
physical-only medical conditions, involving
very serious organ damage.

the key for them was when I mentioned that
infection of any kind has had devastating effects
my entire life, far beyond what should "normally"
occur, and that I had brain trauma at birth resulting
in PVL. also that I had Long COVID symptoms
for over 3 years during a Domestic Violence
relationship that also resulted in Chronic Adrenal
Fatigue Syndrome (this alone causes cascading
organ failure).

to properly triage what is going on, they have
recommended a cardiac MRI (expensive, 1 hour
duration) and after that to wear a small portable
ECG for 72 hours.

the reason for the 72 hour ECG is that the inverted
T-waves of pericarditis stage 3 are highly
intermittent, and consequently can easily be
missed on a "routine" ECG, even in an emergency
when a stroke is occurring or has just occurred.

(by the time such inversion becomes permanent
the person is at risk of death from unrecoverable
heart failure).

also being searched for is a proper diagnosis or
elimination of the unclear signs from a 1.5T scan
intended for spine only: a white streak appx 6mm
wide by 25mm long around the top of my heart,
a white area appx 8mm in width and appx 50 mm
long on the outside edge, and some non-symmetric
"cloudiness" and white streaks inside the two major
veins coming in to the heart.

my analysis of the ECG showed the criteria being
met for Left and Right Ventricular Hypertrophy, but
the T1 ST portion is inverted and consequently is
"confusing" - it doesn't precisely meet the exact
known conditions, known to be met for people
who do *NOT* have PVL.

PVL is complicating matters from damaged blood
brain barrier and cerebral small vessels in the
Periventricular area, from hypoxia and brain injury,
at birth, which leaves me much more vulnerable to
infection or any kind of toxic chemicals or oxidation
by stress, tiredness, and so on.

this is how it was medically possible for me to be
violently physically assaulted by mere "words".

the fear from their unreasonable and devastating
control over my life, the mis-representation of the
facts causing terrifying shock, was enough to
trigger an oxidation cascade and BP rise sufficient
to both cause massive neuronal toxicity and
inflammation at the exact same time as flooding
cholesterol, biotoxic waste products and calcium
fragments into my cerebral arteries, and directly
into my brain.
