[Libre-soc-dev] additional stroke damage symptoms

similar to the other symptoms including that of
writing different numbers from that heard (dates)
I have just observed twice in two days the
incorrect use of "millions" and "billions".

it was not myself that noticed: I had to be told that
I had used the wrong scaling. the intent was to
state "250 billion" however the word that was
spoken by me was "million".

this is similar neurological damage to losing times
tables that I learned when I was 9 years old.

the area that is damaged is explicitly noted by
scientific research to be responsible for speech
and certain mathematical abilities.
