[Libre-soc-dev] why i am sending you a timestamped photograph of blood and excrement on tissue paper after going to the toilet

these are medical symptoms that were considered "faked" by the UK NHS in
Southampton General Hospital.

the reality is that i have had internal rectal bleeding whenever i have a
viral or bacterial infection, for over 15 years.

the bleeding is not normally this bad, but has been in the past.

when i also took similar photographs, in January 2024, just a few days
after CALDERWOOD had recklessly filed a false filing with Company's House,
and i had pneumonia causing MR and TR Heart valve failure, the Grossly
medically negligent UK NHS doctors at Atherley House, HILLMAN GREEN and
LAM, refused to take it seriously, refusing to look at the photographs
taken.

after MANY WEEKS an appointment was made for a nurse to call me back to get
an endoscopy. she was aggressive, abusive, pushy and non-empathetic to the
medical facts, medical conditions, and the fact that i was living on a
Certified Woodland Campsite with no toilet facilities and only a cold water
tap and a waste disposal tank, blackmailing me into taking toxic
enema-inducing substances that i now know would have caused permanent
neurological damage, or be refused medical examination if i did not ingest
these dangerously-toxic substances.

several MONTHS later she sent a false medical report that is still "on
file" accusing me of being "obstructive", in collusion with the M.D. at the
Endoscopy Ward at UHS. that M.D. was also abusive towards me during a
witnessed meeting, (however the witness - my mother - has been showing
signs of dementia)

a *reliable* witness who was present during one of the nurse's phone calls
can testify to her abuse and aggression at failing to take into account the
actual medical conditions, where the ingestion of a toxic chemical enema
substance would have crossed over a damaged blood-brain barrier from a
birth injury (cyanosis) causing irreversible neurological damage, and the
chronic 20+ year jaw abcess toxic poisoning which HILLMAN, GREEN and LAM
refused to get properly diagnosed, as they considered all medical symptoms
to be faked, regardless of the life-critical severity.

it is now over two years and i live with the severe consequences of the
Gross Medical Negligence by UHS NHS doctors every day.

i almost died at their hands and i am receiving absolutely no support or
help whatsoever of any kind.
