[Libre-soc-dev] PALS REF: 38242

BP recording secretly taken and photographed, hidden under a blanket,
when on the trolley in A&E after being violently verbally assaulted by
the head nurse.

additional photographs with timestamps are when i was outside,
having been told by 999 staff to wait in one place for over two hours
for an ambulance that did not arrive.

with the dropping temperature i was forced to find some leaves
and to cover myself up, lying down near St James' Park.

no BP recording was made by the staff because they negligently
left me on the trolley outside pitstop for 2 hours in near continuous
anaphylactic shock (notes recorded of times and of the respitory
distress, recorded on video)

a passing doctor, alarmed by my respiratory distress, had to get
the attention of A&E Majors ward.

video recordings to be uploaded at a later date when i am feeling
strong enough to risk hearing myself scream in terror at being
violently assaulted around 2:30am.

there is so much that is false in their account that it is not surprising,
Officer Blann, that you were aggressive in your messages to me.
