Toni: i am taking SH off the communication list for this one.

Laura's last message is the last straw. it is evidence of
wilful negligence. i will explain.

* i explicitly requested that they follow empathy protocol.
 this means LISTENING.

* i also pointed out this under the terms of the Autism Act 2009
 which they are Lawfully required to follow.

* the response not only stated "no we are not going to bother
 to check that we have everything correct", it also CONFIRMED
 that they are not listening by requesting a reiteration
 of the concerns ALREADY RAISED.

even when i stated "Advocacy People are prohibited from helping
when police are involved" Laura states WITHIN MINUTES, "go
contact Advocacy People" a *second time*.

this type of non-empathetic pathological behaviour is incredibly
dangerous to me. something that was *again* ignored after being
repeated many times.

as a direct result of the shock and alarm caused by Laura's
response, i slept very badly, woke twice during the night,
attempted to meditate at 4am and found instead that my
thoughts were replaying over and over the events of the day.

i woke again at 9am in pain (left temple, spreading down my
neck) and immediately began crying in distress for several
minutes. (documented on video, as evidence).

the torture continues: it never stopped.

i believe that the pathological behaviour satisfies the
"INTENTIONAL" criteria of Section 134 (1)

and further that WILFULLY failing to acknowledge my concerns,
as well as failing to listen during the 25 minute interview,
satisfies "OMISSION" under Section 134 (3).

Section 134 (4) does not apply, as they had no LAWFUL
justification or excuse to subject me to near-death
experiences over eight times THEN IGNORE MY WRITTEN NOTICES
OF TERROR AND SUFFERING DUE TO REPEATED 90 MINUTE ANAPHYLACTIC
SHOCK

and other notes of sobbing distress and being mistreated and
ignored.

and sleep deprivation, which is expressely illegal in and of
itself.

they INTENTIONALLY chose to subject me to torture through
forced ingestion of a known-toxic incredibly dangerous substance
with WELL DOCUMENTED life-threatening side-effect.

they WILFULLY ignored the consequences of their INTENTIONAL
decision.

THAGADUR WILFULLY ignored my repeated question "what evidence
do you have of psychosis", in front of ten witnesses.

now they are attempting to WILFULLY ignore the consequences,
continuing the torture.

now, will you please, will you PLEASE, for god's sake,
call the police and report these criminal offenses.

i have made over 20 crime reports.

every single one has itself been torture as every single
case is closed (bar one - the malicious GBH).

the police do not listen to me.

they are much more likely to listen to you.
