WITHOUT PREJUDICE

Chris: the situation with WILLIAMS is completely out of control, PC KHAN
badly mishandled the first report, due to mistriage by Hampshire police,
and Hertford police have assigned him to a *second* case despite clear and
unequivocal requests in the second report that under no circumstances do I
wish to speak to PC KHAN, as he failed repeatedly and systematically to
engage the services of an Appropriate Adult: a Lawful requirement when
interviewing someone who is medically disabled.

there are clear signs that WILLIAMS is losing his memory: I have a copy of
a message from him around march 2024 where he informs me that he rejected a
demand from CALDERWOOD to tamper with evidence (logging in to Libre-SOC.org
and destroying the mailing list), but from what WILLIAMS has just published
- and sent to an Officer of the Law - it is clear that he has no
recollection whatsoever of having sent me that message, and thus has just
made a false statement to a police officer (a criminal offense).

when WILLIAMS was a firm and faithful friend (of 25 years) whom I will
always be eternally grateful for the many times he has assisted me in
difficult circumstances, I asked him to set up the arm-netbooks mailing
list which (when linux-sunxi migrated away around 2010) became over time
the mailing list for the Crowdfunded EOMA68 project, kindly hosted by
Crowdsupply

https://www.crowdsupply.com/eoma68/micro-desktop

I was unaware that the entire time I was in a Domestic Violence
relationship but as best I could fulfilled my obligations to the backers by
providing regular updates.

however Crowdsupply found the contents to be published in updates, as the
abuse of 16 years exacted a heavier and heavier toll, more and more
difficult to publish.

to fulfill my obligations to backers to keep them informed, and with
Crowdsupply understandably not feeling comfortable responding to written
updates for publication on their platform, I began using the arm-netbooks
mailing list as a more permanent substitute.

WILLIAMS seizing control of this list and making a false declaration to the
police regarding a unilateral change to its purpose, as well as enacting
censorship, is... bewildering and alarming.

I have to stop writing as this is very distressing, and I have dozens of
video'd Ischemic attacks and do not wish to go through another.

Chris please do mirror the mailing list archives if you have the time and
resources to do so, and/or coordinate with other members to preserve its
contents faithfully, as the list now constitutes evidence, with which
WILLIAMS in his pathologically dismissive state of mind may attempt to
tamper with or destroy entirely.
