if you recall i informed you that i at last have had an MRI
6/6/25 showing Ischemic damage to the left cerebral white matter
and to the right semiovale. simple and easy research into
Cerebral Small Vessel disease shows that the symptoms i have
been displaying for years are consistent with this Doctor's
preliminary report, *including* slow and slurred speech,
changes in personality, and much more.

(note symptoms: "unusual mood changes". note that as a
prominent public figure in the Free Software Community i have
multiple videos giving talks at conferences showing the
progressively damaging effects of the Ischemic stroke
caused by RAYMOND's violence and abuse - most of which took
place in front of my daughter: a 1933 Children's Act offense
of psychological harm as amended 2020)

this is in addition to an underlying autistic
medical condition *and* Chronic Adrenal Fatigue syndrome as
well as PTSD and symptoms normally exhibited by people who
have lived in War Zones and been tortured.

in the above (which put me into deep shock and caused a
Transient Ischemic Attack, requiring hospitalisation but instead
resulted in an assault by Royal Hants walk-in centre,
video evidence recorded) which contains breathtakingly
manipulative and crimnally fraudulent statements by CALDERWOOD,
which i reported as 1861 Section 18 Malicious GBH on 24oct24,
it can be seen that CALDERWOOD admits making contact with
my ex-partner whom i fled from on 12 sep 2024 after a
violent and drunken 1.5 hour incident in front of my daughter.
(she then subsequently lied under police caution 2 months later).

i remembered just this morning (it woke me up) that i
had mentioned RAYMOND to AKIM during the meeting, and
remember him writing down that RAYMOND had, according
to CALDERWOOD's published self-incriminating testimony,
attempted to get me Sectioned.

i remind you that as both CALDERWOOD and RAYMOND have
(independently) financial motives for their actions you
should have listened to me. (RAYMOND had harrassed me
continuously back in 2011 until i ceded total control
over my bank account to her, whereupon she began
systematically embezzling funds and transferring money abroad
to her personal HSBC Hong Kong bank account and her
United States Nashville Tenesee bank account. CALDERWOOD has
engaged in IP theft.)

what this means is that you, Hampshire County Council,
are attempting to withold information from me on
multiple extremely serious Criminal matters.

in my very first message comprising my Subject Access Request
i did inform you that this is a Criminal matter and that i
expected you not to withold information, as doing so would
itself be a Criminal Offense known as "Obstruction of Justice".

i now have clear evidence of you doing precisely that.

i no longer buy your excuses "we only withold administrative
contact information" and require full unredacted disclosure
including all ADMINISTRATIVE discussion about me.

in addition i require full disclosure as an additional
Subject Access Request of all discussion in all departments
of all information received and sent, unredacted, and all
information on all internal discussions within Hampshire
County Council since the time and date of my first SAR.
that includes INTERNAL ADMINISTRATIVE discussion.

do not attempt to withold information from me again.
you have done enough damage.

Paul Holmes I expect you to request a full inquiry into
why Hampshire County Council has been negligent and
acted Unlawfully in its duty under the MHA and under
the Autism Act 2009.

be advised that this is in no way an isolated incident:
i am aware of at least three other Autistic individuals
being subjected to neglect, abuse and torture at the hands of
Hampshire and NHS "services".
