please be advised that this is an SAR not a FOI,
that I expect you to provide *ALL* information
held about me including internal discussions,
transcripts of all phone calls, and all external
discussions with all third parties.

as a high-masking autistic adult who has been in a 16 year Domestic
violence relationship that was so bad it caused a burst pulmonary embolism
that went untreated and undiagnosed by the NHS, whom you are supposed to
regulate for the protection of United Kingdom Citizens, your failures are
inexcusable, unconscionable and, in accordance with the Autism Act 2009
Statutory Requirements as laid out in the associated 2010 Report, UNLAWFUL.

it is also not helpful that the Advocate Fergus Harrison whom you assigned
to me has clearly dropped the ball: the letter you sent to him discussing
your contact with Hampshire police was NOT passed on to me.

I note that there is no date on the letter sent to F Harris.

please in addition to the request for all information ensure that you
provide the date of that letter, and when it was sent.
