Further to our acknowledgement of 21 May 2025, I have considered your
request as an article 15 right of access request under the UK General Data
Protection Regulation.

>From your emails and those provided on your behalf by your advocate, I have
interpreted your request as wanting the full details of the GMC's contact
with the police, made as part of your enquiry.

As previously explained to your advocate, Fergus Harrison, the GMC
routinely reaches out to police forces when it is reported that the concern
has also been reported to the police. This is to determine whether it would
have any bearing on our decision about whether to proceed further with an
enquiry. I have attached a copy of that explanation again for you.

To provide further context, the GMC contacted Hampshire & Isle of Wight
Constabulary (Hampshire Police) on 19 November 2024, with the final
response on 24 December 2024.

No crime reference number was created as part of this, however the crime
reference number (44240466479) you gave to the GMC on 27 October 2024 was
provided.

The GMC did not speak with a police officer, and therefore we do not hold a
name of badge number for the police officer contacted. In response to our
enquiries, an administrative staff member from Hampshire Police confirmed
that they had not investigated the incident as they believed it to be a
false report.

I have attached before the correspondence, and the documentation the GMC
created as part of this police request.

as the email addresses and names of recipients and sender of emails.

the facts are beginning to catch up with your negligent
and Unlawful treatment of me, failing at the bare minimum
to take the medical negligence of at least these two
criminals into account.

FALSE FACT: at no time did i illegally drive without a license.
