I have the report (attached).

Few small vessel ischemic changes in left frontal
subcortical white matter and right central
   semiovale.

the images are *very* crude (a surprise to me, I thought MRI scans would be
much more detailed) - however I showed this report to a medical expert and
he said it's a better preliminary report than most that are obtainable in
the UK.

let's have a look what Google AI says about ischemic changes:
https://google.com/search?q=ischemia+changes+in+brain

Brain ischemia, or a reduction in blood flow to the brain, leads to a
variety of changes, including neuronal cell death, impaired function, and
potential for irreversible damage. These changes can manifest as various
symptoms depending on the location and extent of ischemia, including
weakness, numbness, speech difficulties, vision disturbances, and cognitive
impairment.

speech difficulties. I have hundreds of videos demonstrating speech
difficulties.

right central Semiovale can be responsible for movement. (see Wikipedia
page on Semiovale)

BEAR IN MIND I HAVE AUTISM and CHRONIC ADRENAL FATIGUE SYNDROME (from
domestic violence), which combine to REDUCE BRAIN BLOOD SUPPLY, and the
effects seen (and recorded on video) have a MEDICAL basis.

basically, 18 months late, and 2 *years* after going through an ordeal by
an ex-partner that has me in convulsions on the floor, unable to speak, and
having to re-learn, we finally have medical evidence.

this puts the negligence of Glenluce Surgery, UHS and Atherley House, and
the prejudice of SCAS, as well as the delusional horrifying Chinese
Whispers that resulted in a criminal false report by two psychiatrists,
aided and abetted by AKIM and other agents of Hampshire County Council, and
my mother, brother, and stepfather, and by a false and misleading report
from Cannon House, into the spotlight.
