documented another forced-ingestion of extreme known life-threatening toxic
flammatory-inducing substance, 4th June beginning at 21:35 (I had written
July by mistake)

from the symptoms described, this incident caused at least two mini-strokes
and two Anaphylaxis events, one of about 40 minutes continuous duration.

22:20 my eyes start going in random directions, in perfect time with my
heart beat.

it was ONE HOUR on the floor of the before staff bothered to respond
despite attempts to speak.

they ask a complex question about "why I am writing notes": they don't
bother to make any kind of investigation, they simply put a curtain around
me and LEAVE ME THERE

23:22 I am offered some water but it is placed on the table, 4 feet away
instead of being placed next to me.

23:29 I begin to display very serious symptoms of brain damage and brain
oxygen deprivation: my eyes start going in different directions. I get a
pain in my chest 5 times in a row.

23:40 I get up - the damage is done - feel very dizzy and use the wall to
get back to my torture cell, with tourette's involuntary sounds coming out
of my mouth.


6th June 8:37 I woke up, requested a doctor in writing due to being only
able to speak one word every two to three seconds. no doctor was called.
