also please action immediately the request to have in writing
a statement about the contents of the medical diet it is
falsely claimed that there was a meeting where i gave that
information when being tortured.

nichola please kindly open an additional case to handle and
track the SAR and to get an answer to my question. for context:
i have very specific medical dietary needs due to having had
a brain hemorrage apr23 (cerebral small vessel disease) combined
with autism. i notified them in writing day 2 of being tortured
that i had specific dietary needs: they wilfully neglected that,
i starved for 2 days (nobody told me there was a canteen),
i only ate 2 hot meals the entire time i was there, documented
everything with time and date stamps as well as videos,
and the cheeky fuckers wrote saying "we cared for
you and of course had a meeting to discuss your dietary needs".

... so if that is true (it isn't) there will of course be a
record of the precise and exact ingredients and food i require.

i want that list to be furnished by the Management of the
torture centre known by the name "Antelope House".
