some good news, (remarkable), after speaking with dr nitesh
patel of spire southampton he prescribed some type of specific
steroid drops for learing sinuses. within 30 seconds of putting
2 up (down, as i put my head between my legs) my nose i was
spitting phlegm, and within 90 seconds i could breathe clearly
through my nasal passage for the very first time in i cannot
remember. decades.

what i suspect has been happening is that a combination of
factors including severe stress (CALDEROOD, LEWIS) causing
oxidative stress on my brain (swelling) followed by sinus
blockage all around the cavities in your head left nowhere
for expanding and contracting air to go when the barometric
pressure rose or fell.

[the underlying effect of autism is down to swelling of the
brain under oxidative stress, thanks to chemicals crossing
over the blood-brain barrier...

hence the "peace" on pressure drop but severe ataxic cerebral
palsy symptoms on pressure rise but "looking perfectly fine"
in between, which has been driving the nurses, doctors and
myself absolutely nuts at A&E (16+ times).

i'll be looking to see if there's a natural way to keep
sinuses entirely clear.
