[Libre-soc-dev] RFP procedure

folks hi,
reminder that the procedure is that when you make
changes to the Financial Audit Records you notify me
(mailing list is fine / better) as the Signatory, so i can
do Due Diligence and check the records.

this has to be done *immediately* and i would prefer
a summary including URLs so that it is easy and quick
for me to do the review.
