[Libre-soc-dev] first stage new grants "passed", planning needed for 2nd

hi all i got the note yesterday from michiel, we
passed the first step (out of 3) on the two new
grants. we need budgets associated with clear milestones,
i know they are around somewhere, but they need
clearly writing down in comment #0, next to each
task.  slowly we edit/morph comment 0 into a "Schedule A"
incrementally but for now we just need budgets next to
each task.

dmitry can i leave it to you to add those to 1212? if you
remember the bugs in "Future" that have already been
created, link them in under "depends" ok?
this may jog your memory, i will link svp64single in ok?
