Luke, please keep yourself under doctor's eye and stay calm. Regardless of
your opinion on the modern medicine state, these guys are still better than
nothing. Plus they have been able to come up with the right diagnosis,
after all.

Please do not waste your energy on anything that consumes it higher than
usual normal regular activities do. Stay calm and safe, OK?
