I have yet another idea. Could these registers be mapped to the way tile
registers work? [0] Maybe we prefix them with t, then? There're too many V
examples used in course of PPC lifecycle, V makes things confusing.

Or, as I suggested, using X, standing for "extension", is also an option.

Regarding uppercase... this perhaps might be wrong, because gas might
simply convert everything to lowercase first.
