i've just done an extremely rapid implementation of some A/V opcodes which come from a number of sources, most of them from VSX. min/max, average-add, abs-diff-accumulate.

we do not have long until the october deadline so i am pushing to get as much done as quickly as possible, and encourage everyone to put in RFPs immediately.
